How do I place an order?

Place your order using the "Inquiry" tab. Please include which flavor and size you would like. Also, state your desired pick-up or delivery date. If you would like delivery, include the delivery location. Submit orders two weeks before, unless otherwise noted. My dates of availability are first come first serve so the earlier you submit your request the better!

When and how do I pay?

Payment is due once I accept your order and date. I will send you instructions on payment. For large orders submitted in advance, a 50% deposit is needed to book, and the remaining 50% is due 1 week before the date. 

If you do not submit payment, I will not be able to complete your order.  I accept Venmo and PayPal.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

Delivery fees are dependent on delivery location. I am based in Waynesboro, Virginia and charge based on miles, except for local orders which are a flat rate of $10.

Can I place a custom cake order?

I take custom cake orders for special occasions. If you don't see the flavor or design you want, submit an inquiry!

How much do you charge for a custom cake design?

This depends on the design you want. I take into consideration the extra time and supplies it takes me to create the cake.

I want a chocolate cake. Can I still have a white exterior design?

Absolutely! I add a layer of white (or any other color) buttercream on the outside while keeping the the chocolate interior.

How do I care for my cake after delivery?

I recommend placing it in the fridge until about 45 min- 1 hour before you are ready to eat it (less time if cake will be placed in a warm environment). My cakes contain buttercream that will melt at warm temperatures.

Always hold the cake box from the bottom of the box. 

If transporting, place cake on the floor, or on a firm surface. Turn the AC on if you will be traveling a long distance.

Do you make fondant cakes?

No, I work exclusively with buttercream.
